My name is Christian Wach, I'm 28 years old and I am a San Clemente native. I am an Ole Hanson homeowner here in San Clemente, avid surfer, artist, and a dedicated residential REALTOR® newly aligned with Pacific Sotheby's International Realty in our newest office on Avenida Del Mar in San Clemente, CA.

In 2016 alone, I sold over $33,000,000 in residential Real Estate. Over half those sales were here in San Clemente. In 2017 alone, I sold over $29,000,000. Of the 9 homes I listed and sold in 2017, all sold within 2.95% of the asking price on average, and 78 days or less on market on average. 4 of 9 sold at, or above asking price in less than 15 days.
